Florida Part 3

Norah's first trip to the beach. She did not really know what to make of the sand. She was pretty pissed at it at first that she could not get it off her hands. But there was no sand eating so that was good.
Playing on the beach. Granny Janny had the beach toys covered too.

This was right before she started screaming to be picked up.

And there is my girl. We have 10 Million photos with this look. Typical Norah.

Oh... there it is again.
Playing with Granny Janny and a boat.

Beau Bird. (Family joke).

Turtle in my parents's yard.

And back in the pool at home.
Back with Papa Ne Ne again.

These are my 3 favorite pictures from the whole trip.

How cute is she?!?!

My grandma Katie.
At the pier, although it was too dark to see much of anything by the time we finished dinner.

Florida Part 2

Papa Ne Ne showing Norah how to blow bubbles.

She is thinking about it here.

Florida Part 1

Late October we had our first family trip together to Florida to visit my parents and grandmother. Norah had been taking a few steps here and there before the trip but while we were in FL she took off and really started walked. With the walking came a bunch of words... duck, look, book, doll, turtle, dog. It was really crazy. She did great on the plane rides but ended up with a mild ear infection while we were there and what I think was some viral bug. She ran a temp of 103 and was whinning for days. We still managed to have a great time, go lots of places
and take tons of pics.

Here is the crazy "vagabond" as daddy called her the night before the trip. She is still only napping about 30 minutes at day care so she either comes home a complete psycho or delusionally giddy.

Her most recent fishy face. She takes little quick breaths when she does this.

And with the drool...

And now we are in Florida. Papa Ne Ne snatched her up as soon as we got to their house and they were pratically glued together for the entire week. Check out the toys...
And more toys... a whole living room full of toys... baby was in heaven. And we found out that she CAN sleep somewhere other than her crib! The first morning she was in a great mood and so excited to play with all of the new toys and rip apart my mom's plants. And explore outside, with the fishy face...
Meeting great grandma Katie and playing peek a boo. And then pool time!! She loved the water. She got really excited whenever we brought out her swimsuits.
And of course we needed pool toys.

It was totally amazing that she actally left the sunglasses and hat on. And of course super cute.
